There are plenty of opportunities for career development and advancement. From support roles such as childhood assistant, carer and educator to leadership roles such as team leader and centre manager.

A Career at St Joseph’s Family Services (SJFS)

There are many career pathways at our family services centres as we are under the Parish umbrella. This means you can work in child care, aged care or within many other services provided. We encourage our staff to explore their aspirations and enjoy the many benefits our large organisation has to offer.

Our staff are given room to expand their interests and experience as well as collaboratively sharing insights to others within the Parish. For example, our teams at SJFS have the opportunity to participate in groups about policy, sustainability, technology or other special interests. Meeting together with other services at the Parish to strive for better overall outcomes, as well as gaining invaluable experience. Not to mention meeting new people with shared interests and forming new friendships.
